The Final Convergence

Sola Scriptura, Bible Alone

Menno Zweers is a discernment researcher and author of multiple works in biblical apologetics and prophetic studies. A Dutch-born American living in Tennessee, he spent four decades in NAR-influenced Christianity before a Sola Scriptura reorientation shaped by careful, honest engagement with the full counsel of Scripture. He writes with prophetic urgency and pastoral conviction for everyone who is hungry for truth that does not shift with the cultural moment. “Buy the truth, and sell it not.” — Proverbs 23:23

Yesterday was Resurrection Day.

The day the greatest truth claim in human history was validated — bodily, historically, finally. The day an empty tomb answered Pilate’s question with the only answer that has ever truly mattered.

Today is the day before the launch.

And there is a verse that has been sitting in my mind all week — one of those moments where Scripture speaks so directly into a situation that you cannot call it coincidence:

“Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding” (Proverbs 23:23).

Buy the truth.

Tomorrow, April 7th, What Is Truth? Unshakable Truth in a Post-Truth World goes live on Amazon. And I want to use today — the final 24 hours — to tell you exactly why I wrote it, who it is for, and why I believe it is the book this moment demands.

Why This Book Exists

We are living through the most sustained, aggressive, and sophisticated assault on truth in human history.

It is not coming only from outside the church — from secular academia, from progressive media, from governments redefining reality by decree. It is coming from inside. From pulpits that have traded doctrine for therapy. From movements that have replaced the closed canon with ongoing prophetic revelation. From theologians who have decided that Scripture needs to be updated to remain relevant. From a Christian culture that has absorbed the post-truth assumptions of the age so thoroughly that it can no longer tell the difference between the voice of God and the voice of the moment.

The believers who are standing firm are not standing because they are intellectually superior or spiritually elite. They are standing because they have an anchor — the Word of God — and they have refused to let go of it.

What Is Truth? was written to hand that anchor to every believer who needs it.

What You Will Find Inside

This is not a book of my opinions. It is not a cultural commentary dressed in Christian language. It is a return — page by page, chapter by chapter — to the Word of God as the final, sufficient, and unshakeable standard of truth for every believer in every age.

Inside you will find:

The biblical definition of truth — not as a concept but as a Person, Jesus Christ, who declared “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). A truth that does not negotiate with the culture, does not evolve with the generation, and does not accommodate the preferences of the age.

The sufficiency of Scripture — why the Word of God, and the Word of God alone, is the complete and final authority for doctrine, for life, and for every question the post-truth age is asking. No supplements needed. No ongoing revelation required. “Throughly furnished unto all good works” (2 Timothy 3:17).

The enemy’s strategy — traced from Genesis 3 to the present day. “Yea, hath God said?” has been running for six thousand years because it keeps working. Understanding it is the first step to resisting it.

The erosion of truth in the church — named and examined without apology. The NAR. The prosperity gospel. Progressive Christianity. Seeker-sensitive compromise. Each one tested against the standard of Scripture, and each one found wanting.

And throughout it all — practical, accessible, Sola Scriptura answers to the questions that matter most. Not what the councils decided. Not what the commentaries say. What the Word says. Scripture interpreting Scripture. Nothing added. Nothing taken away.

Who This Book Is For

It is for the believer who senses something is wrong — in their church, in their movement, in the Christianity being presented to them — but cannot quite put their finger on what.

It is for the new Christian trying to build a foundation in a world that offers a thousand different versions of truth and no reliable way to test them.

It is for the discernment-minded reader who has already begun the journey out of false teaching and needs a solid, biblical, Sola Scriptura framework to stand on.

It is for the parent trying to raise children in the faith when the culture — and often the church — is pulling in the opposite direction.

It is for the pastor, the elder, the deacon, the teacher — anyone who stands before God’s people with the responsibility of feeding them truth rather than sentiment.

And it is for the skeptic — the honest inquirer who, unlike Pilate, is willing to wait for the answer.

Buy the Truth

Solomon wrote it three thousand years ago and it has never been more relevant:

“Buy the truth, and sell it not.”

Hold truth at any cost. Do not trade it away for comfort, for belonging, for the approval of a culture that has decided to construct its own. Do not sell it for a seat at the table of respectability. Do not exchange it for a Christianity that feels better but demands less.

Buy it. Hold it. Guard it.

Tomorrow, April 7th, What Is Truth? Unshakable Truth in a Post-Truth World is available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle. This is the first volume in The Final Convergence Discernment Series — a series built on one conviction: that the Word of God is enough. That Scripture, rightly handled, is sufficient to equip the believer for every challenge of the age.

The post-truth world has a question. The Word of God has always had the answer.

Tomorrow we put that answer in your hands.

One Last Thing Before Launch

If this book has been on your radar — if you have been following along this week, if yesterday’s Resurrection Day post spoke to you, if you have sensed that this is exactly what you or someone you love needs right now — do not wait.

Order it tomorrow the moment it goes live.

Leave a review on Amazon when you have read it. Reviews are not just helpful — for an independent author building a discernment platform, they are the difference between being found and being invisible.

Share it with someone who needs an anchor.

And keep coming back here — because starting tomorrow, April 7th, we are publishing a new blog post every single day for 30 days, going deeper into every theme the book raises. There is a lot of ground to cover. The post-truth age has been building for decades.

We start dismantling it tomorrow.

“Buy the truth, and sell it not.” — Proverbs 23:23

See you tomorrow.
