Some journeys back to truth are quiet. Mine was not.
I was born in the Netherlands and came to faith in a Christian environment that was deeply influenced by the New Apostolic Reformation — a movement characterized by ongoing prophecy, signs and wonders, apostolic authority, and a Christianity built more on experience than on the written Word of God. For nearly four decades I lived, served, and believed within that framework. I was not a passive observer. I was all in.
And then the Word of God began to do what it always does when you actually read it carefully and honestly. It started dismantling everything I had built my faith on.
It was not a comfortable process. It cost me relationships, community, and certainties I had held for most of my adult life. But what I found on the other side was something I had never fully experienced before — a faith anchored not in feelings, not in prophetic words, not in the authority of spiritual leaders, but in the eternal, sufficient, and unshakable Word of God alone.
Sola Scriptura. The Bible alone.
That reorientation changed everything. It changed how I read Scripture, how I evaluate teaching, how I understand the church, and how I think about the days we are living in.
Who I Am
I am a Dutch-born American author, discernment researcher, and biblical apologist based in Nashville, Tennessee. After four decades in NAR-influenced Christianity, a careful and honest engagement with the full counsel of Scripture brought me to a conviction that the Word of God is sufficient, complete, and the only reliable foundation for faith and life — taking Scripture seriously as the final authority on every question that matters.
I write with prophetic urgency and pastoral conviction for everyone who is hungry for truth that does not shift with the cultural moment.
I am also the Chief Sales Officer at CE Brothers, a global consumer electronics sales agency operating across 70+ countries — which means I understand both the global marketplace and the global mission field the church is called to reach.
But above everything else, I am a follower of Jesus Christ — the One who did not merely teach truth, but declared Himself to be the Truth (John 14:6).
Why I Write
We are living in a post-truth age. The world has not simply rejected certain truths — it has rejected the very category of truth as something fixed, knowable, and binding on all people. And the tragedy is not that the world has gone this direction. The world always does. The tragedy is that the church has followed.
Pulpits that once thundered with the Word of God have been replaced by dialogue. Doctrine has been traded for experience. The gospel has been softened into a message that is easier to hear and impossible to be saved by.
I write to call the church back. Back to Scripture. Back to the Sola Scriptura principles that cost men and women their lives. Back to the God who does not change and whose Word does not return void.
Every book I write is built on the same foundation: the Word of God alone, from cover to cover, without apology.
The Final Convergence
The Final Convergence is my platform for biblical discernment, prophetic research, and Sola Scriptura teaching. It exists to document, expose, and biblically evaluate the movements, figures, and ideologies that are reshaping the modern church — and to point believers back to the anchor that never moves.
